Changing Seasons

Spring is right around the corner!  This is an opportune time to get pre emergent put down to keep those annoying weeds at bay.

It seems that Monsoon Season hasn’t been delivering like it should, but the winter rains are making up for it.  One abnormal trend I’ve been noticing over the last few years is a higher amount of termite activity in the cold months.  November has consistently been our busiest time for termites.  Whether you suspect you have termites or just want to have your place checked for peace of mind, we would be happy to do it!

Some of the general pests/bugs may seem less active or even dormant during these cold months, but there are other things to keep an eye out for, such as rodents.  It’s a good idea to keep a consistent schedule of regular treatment.  Based on Summer 2023’s heat, you will not want to wait until it’s too late in 2024 to get ahead of the scorpions and other pests that will start crawling around again in just a couple of months!
